What stays on your device
Meetings, agendas, notes, actions, contacts, organisations, templates and similar content you create in SCRIBE are stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your iCloud account. We do not operate a server that holds a copy of that content.
What we (or our providers) process
- Support email — if you contact us (including from the app), we receive the message and any contact details you include, and use them only to reply. Email is hosted on Microsoft 365.
- Purchases and subscriptions — Apple handles payment. We use RevenueCat with a pseudonymous app user id and purchase/receipt metadata so we can unlock and restore purchases. We do not receive your Apple ID or payment card details. That id is only linked to you as a person if you choose to include it in a support request.
- Diagnostics you send us — if you choose to send a diagnostic or crash-style report when we ask, we use it only to investigate and fix problems.
How long we keep information
Support emails and any diagnostics you send are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and related records. Purchase/entitlement metadata is kept as needed to provide and restore purchases. Content on your device or in your iCloud is under your control.

Apple also processes information as needed for the App Store, In‑App Purchases, and iCloud (if you enable it), under Apple’s terms and privacy notices.
Sharing
We use the providers above only to run SCRIBE and support you. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can manage purchases in your Apple Account settings and control iCloud in system settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests about information we hold (for example support email), contact hello@msswsolutions.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The effective date below will change when we do.
