The Service
STATUS helps you keep project governance records — including RAID, decisions, actions, change controls, status reports, and related commercial envelope information — on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. You are responsible for the content you create and for how you export, share, or use it.
Purchases and subscriptions
STATUS may be used with a free tier (with limits shown in the app and App Store listing) and optional Pro and Max upgrades. Paid options may include auto-renewing subscriptions and/or a one-time In‑App Purchase, as offered in the App Store. Some subscription options may include a free introductory trial, as shown at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Billing and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. That does not affect any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
All upgrades and related purchases must be made via Apple In‑App Purchase. Apple’s terms apply — Apple Media Services terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully.
- Keep your device and Apple Account secure.
Intellectual property
The app and our branding belong to us. You retain ownership of the project and governance content you create. You must not copy or redistribute the Service except as allowed by Apple’s rules and applicable law.
“As is” and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, loss of content, sync/iCloud issues, or consequential loss — whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). If you pay for STATUS (or paid digital content in it), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service (or parts of it), and may change prices for future purchases or subscription periods via the App Store. We are not liable to you for those changes.
Apple’s EULA
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s EULA on a point Apple requires, Apple’s EULA prevails on that point.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
